Why does LEMSQZY* show up on my statement?
Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and handles global tax and payment processing. That's why their name appears on your statement instead of "Mundwerk". Your card is charged in US dollars (mid-market exchange rate), even though we display the euro price (€14.99 regular, €8.99 with code LAUNCH) — depending on your bank, a foreign-transaction fee of around 1 % may apply.
14-day right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. With the trial before purchase it shouldn't come to that — but if it does, just email info@kindler-dev.de.
