Check the following:

• Make sure Mundwerk has microphone access: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone
• Check that the right microphone is selected (menu bar → Mundwerk → Settings)
• Hold the key long enough — recognition starts after a short press

Code-switching learns over time. Fix any mis-recognised terms in the correction window — Mundwerk will remember your correction and recognise the term better next time.

Mundwerk needs “Screen Recording” permission to render the overlay. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording and enable Mundwerk.

Mundwerk needs “Accessibility” permission. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and enable Mundwerk.

Yes. Open Mundwerk Settings via the menu bar icon and choose another key or key combination under “Hotkey”.

Drag Mundwerk from your Applications folder to the Trash. All local data (vocabulary, settings) is stored under ~/Library/Application Support/Mundwerk and can be deleted manually.
